One important part of WS-ELECTRO's work is that the products are certified and guaranteed by the manufacturer. All our products undergo a multi-level quality control system and have an official 12-month warranty.
Our company has its own warranty service centre. We provide quality and fast support to our customers at all times.
In order to carry out warranty service, you will need:
- a video describing the problem;
- the warranty card, duly filled in (without any blots or corrections) and containing
- the model, serial number of the product, date of sale and stamp of the retailer;
- proof of purchase.
Warranty service will not be provided if:
- the warranty card is missing or incomplete;
- the product shows signs of mechanical damage or tampering;
- the factory seals have been broken;
- the conditions of use, transport or storage have been violated;
non-original accessories have been used.
